Full disclosure time ... sometimes I'm my own worst patient. I tell folks all the time that they need to work on their flexibility and despite that I'm sadly inflexible.

Well, it's time for me to practice what I preach. 

For the month April I will be embarking on a Flexibility Challenge. I will spend some time working to improve my flexibility every day for 30 days, and hopefully continuing on for the future. 

I invite you to join me. 

Where are you the tightest? For me it's my hamstrings and hips. I remember when touching my toes and crossing my legs was no big deal ... not so much any more.
